I had a fracture of the Lisfrancs when I was in college during football season. It happened in teh first game of the season. I didn't play in the second, played in the third and got put in a cast and didn't play until the last game and in the bowl game.
IT HURT LIKE HELL. How in the world did you do that?
Take your time coming back. The top of your foot will hurt like hell some morning when you get outta bed even years later.
