happy monday! how was everyone's weekend?
hey everyone!
just checkin in to say hello, and to see how everyone's weekend was! I also wanted to see how you guys liked the added clips to my members site? If your not a member, you won't be able to see them, so make sure to join, and be prepared to laugh your butts off, cause most of the clips are very humerous....well, atleast i think so, and i am sure you will get a kick out of the section of training pat and chat and the out and about section....if you are a member and saw them, let me know what you thought! Every couple of weeks, my site will be updated with more video, and new pictures, so don't think this is all i got! i am working hard to keep new pics and video added to my site, so you won't get bored or be dissapointed!
As for me, life is just going great, but I am busier than ever with work, webcam, and other everyday stuff. This weekend, however was a more relaxing weekend, than i am used to....but i am not complaining! Spring is here, and it is my fav. season, so when the sun is out, and i have free time, i am enjoying each day to its fullest!
Now, i know most of you have read my first blog, which gave you a run down of my life and career in fitness, so if you have any questions or comments about what i wrote, please feel free to ask away!
I will be adding more history of what my life was like after the olympia, and my first pro show back in fitness, which was the Emerald Cup in April of 2005 in the next blog entry....so hold on tight for the next big update!
Until then, come check me out on webcam tonight sometime after 11pm and come chat with me in person!

Thanks so much teach, for the kind words and compliments....it has been so great gettin to know ya over the past few weeks, and can't thank you enough for all of you support.....talk to ya real soon....and as a heads up, i plan on being on webcam this sunday sometime after 10pm my time...on the east coast....until then....have a great weekend!
